Serving Size: Two Capsules per day (1.5g) 
Servings Per Container: 60 

Ingredients: 
Bacillus coagulans (200million CFU), Bacillus subtilis (100 million CFU), Enterococcus faecium (100 million CFU), Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) 

Other Ingredients: None. 

Contains no yeast, corn, gluten, soy, egg, dairy, sugar or starch. 

Recommended Dose: 
As a dietary supplement, take one or two capsules daily with a meal. After 4 - 6 weeks, increase to two capsules, twice daily. More may be taken over time if needed, then slowly reduce dose until a maintenance dose of 2 - 4 per day is reached.
