Recommened Dose:
As a dietary supplement, take three (3) vegetable capsules, with at least eight (8) fluid ounces of water daily. Persons already taking systemic enzymes may be able to reduce intake of this product.

ALL enzymes have a half life, so for best results it's important to administer your dose at equally spaced intervals throughout your day in lieu of taking all of your doses once daily.
